Service was exceptional, communication was as well...took my car in for a few things, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT mainly, along with a few other maintenance items. Car was there a little longer than expected, but that's the business. My only gripe, if that's still a word, is the pricing. Usually people like to escape the dealer due to their pricing schedule. I would love to use 180 again, but if their prices seem in line with a BMW dealer, I would just make the decision to go there.
